Our products are suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin. While we do keep sensitive skin in mind when formulating our products, we always suggest doing a patch test on a small skin area before using a new product.
Yes, all our products are 100% vegetarian. All our products are vegan too, except our Turmeric and Yogurt scrub.
Shipping & Shopping
We usually ship your order within 24-48 hours. In rare cases, it might take a little longer.
The usual transit time is 3 to 4 days, but it can vary depending on the courier service.
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹399.
For orders below ₹350, there's a standard shipping fee of ₹149. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur a flat fee of ₹49. To avoid these charges, we recommend placing a prepaid order above ₹350.
We add ₹45 for COD orders. This fee helps cover cash handling costs from our courier partners. To avoid this charge, we recommend opting for a prepaid payment method at checkout.
We dispatch orders placed before 4:00 pm on the same day, and those received after 4:00 pm on the next working day. Occasionally, it may take us a bit longer to ship your order.
Unfortunately, we can't make changes to your order after it's been placed. So, please double-check your details before you confirm your order. This helps us get your ODEON goodies to the right place on time.
ODEON try to deliver your product within 3 days of placing your order. Some orders may take 5-7 business days, depending on the courier partner. Delivery times may change based on where you are, product stock, and our courier partners' schedules.
Yes, we send a hardcopy of a detailed invoice with your order (in the shipment box).
We try to cover as many pin codes as possible. However, if your pin code is currently unserviceable, you may see a "delivery not available at this pincode" message on the checkout page.

Your order includes items that are being shipped from different warehouses due to stock availability. You’ll still receive everything - just in separate packages, each with its own tracking link which will be shared with you.
If your order says delivered but you don't have it, check with your neighbours, building security, or reception. The courier might have given it to them. Order delivery is only completed after the OTP is shared with the delivery agent. If the OTP was shared before receiving the package, we may be unable to assist further. If you didn't get the OTP, please contact us. We will start an investigation with the courier partner. This process may take 3 to 5 working days.
If your order wasn't delivered, the courier will try to redeliver it within 48 hours. You can track your order here or using the tracking link we sent you via WhatsApp and email.
